Epoxy Garage Floors in Horizon West, FL
A garage floor that wipes clean and keeps looking new under Florida humidity.
Free, no-obligation estimate — the form takes under a minute.
A coated garage floor stops dusting concrete, resists oil and tire marks, and turns the least finished room in the house into usable space.
Results depend almost entirely on preparation. We grind and profile the concrete, repair cracks and control moisture before any coating goes down — that's the difference between a floor that lasts and one that peels.
What this looks like in Horizon West
Coating a new garage before it gets used is the easy version of this job — the slab is clean, uncracked and has never absorbed oil.
We still grind and profile the concrete, because a new slab is not the same as a prepared one.
- Ideal timing: before the garage is in daily use
- Full mechanical prep on new slabs
- Flake or solid color finishes
Neighborhoods we regularly work in: Hamlin, Lakeside Village, Bridgewater, Village I, Summerlake, Waterleigh.
What you get with Prime Finish
Proper concrete preparation
Mechanical grinding and crack repair, never a coating rolled onto bare slab.
Built for Florida humidity
Moisture assessed first, because trapped vapor is what lifts coatings here.
Solid colors or decorative flake
Pick the look; flake finishes also hide dust and minor imperfections.
Easy to keep clean
Spills, oil and dirt wipe up instead of soaking into the concrete.

Common questions
- How long does the job take?
- Most one- to three-car garages are prepped and coated in one to two days, then need curing time before vehicles return. We'll give you exact timing with your estimate.
- When can I park on it again?
- Light foot traffic usually within a day of the final coat, vehicles after the full cure. We give you the dates in writing.
- Can you coat over an existing coating?
- Sometimes, but only after we check adhesion. If the old coating is failing it comes off first — coating over a failing floor just repeats the failure.
- Will cracks show through?
- We repair cracks and spalling during prep. Deep structural cracks may still be slightly visible, and we'll tell you before we start.
- What's the difference between solid color and flake?
- Solid color is a clean uniform look. Flake adds texture and grip and hides dust and small flaws better — it's the more popular choice for daily-use garages.
